Parking Information

Parking at this venue is free to all participants, guests and spectators.  Please follow signs in parking lot that will direct you to designated areas (trailer and bus parking).

Concessions and Food Options

Riverside Military Academy will offer concessions for sale at this event.

For lunch:  salads ($6) and subs ($6)—subs, choose from Veggie Fresco, Ham & Cheese, or Turkey Club; salads are chef, garden, or chicken Caesar.  Subs will come with chips and a drink.  They are working to also secure Marcos Pizza.

For dinner:  same salads offered plus pizza (cheese or pepperoni)—a 2-slice deal will be $6 or a ‘meal deal’ for 4 will be $20—that will include drinks, 4 chips, and a full pizza.

We will also provide candy bars, chips, and drinks.

You are permitted to bring outside food and drink into this venue.  No food is allowed in the pit area.

What to Bring to the Event

  1. Your robot.
  2. Your lock-up form (do not put this in the bag when you seal it during your extra 6 hours of work).
  3. Your team roster.
  4. Your Consent and Release form from GeorgiaFIRST unless this is your second event and you have already turned them ALL in.
  5. Items to set up your pit and support your robot during the competition.
  6. Safety glasses for everyone on your team.
  7. Shoes that are closed toed. No sandals allowed in the pits or near the field.  Make sure your visitors know this.
  8. Extention cords and power strips for your pit.
  9. Your team fact sheet to give to the Game Announcer.
  10. Your team spirit and gracious professionalism.
